Vadodara is a good place to be, and our office is right in the middle of a residential area at 177B Kenyanagar Society. Being on New Sama Road means there is always something going on nearby. We are Gujarat Green Revolution Company Limited, and this is where we manage our daily paperwork and meetings. It is a bit different being in a society instead of a big glass building, but it works for us. It feels more like a home than a stiff office. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. People walking by, the odd scooter, and children playing sometimes. We have our files and our desks all set up in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a little cluttered to someone else who walks in. We don’t use any of those big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s a simple way of working. Most of our neighbors know who we are. We have been in this part of Gujarat for a long time now. The New Sama Road area has everything we need, so we don't have to go far for lunch or supplies. It is a steady place to work, nothing too exciting but we get it done.
