Goverdhan Medical

Our shop, Goverdhan Medical, is located on the ground floor of Usha Bhaskar Avenue. We are right by the Fire Brigade Char Rasta in the Dandia Bazar area. It’s a pretty well-known spot because of the fire station nearby. Being at a crossroad means there is always something going on outside our window. People around Dandia Bazar stop in when they are headed home or if they just need something quickly. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The interior is pretty basic, just the usual glass cases and wooden shelves filled with medicine boxes. We try to keep everything organized, though it can get a bit cluttered when a big order comes in and we have to put everything away. I usually handle the customers while my assistant checks the inventory in the back. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room for what we need. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the sirens from the fire trucks, but we’re used to it by now. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. Most of our customers are locals who live within walking distance. We don’t really do anything special, just sell medicine and keep the shop running six days a week. It’s a steady life here at the crossroads and we are glad to be here. We just show up and do what needs to be done every day.
