Goldin India Equipment Pvt Ltd is located at F 29 on Alembic Road. It’s a pretty well-known area, and we’ve been here for quite some time. The building is a bit older, with that solid feel you don’t get with newer places. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of equipment and a few desks where we handle the logistics. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people wearing suits. Most of us are in work clothes because we’re often out on the floor checking on things. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some big doors we keep open to let the air circulate. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff, so there’s usually a forklift moving around somewhere. The floor has some cracks and stains, but that’s just a sign of all the work that’s been done over the years. We have a small area where we eat lunch together, usually talking about the cricket score or what’s going on at home. We don’t go in for big meetings or long speeches. We just know what needs to be done and we get to it. Alembic Road is a busy place, and we’re glad to be part of the industrial community here. We just try to be honest and do a decent job every day. There isn't much more to it than that. We’re just a bunch of people working hard to keep things moving forward.
