Free Lancing

We are in Baroda at Flat 9 in Anand Homes. We've been here for some time now. Gajjar Colony is usually pretty quiet, which helps because the work we do takes a lot of concentration. We aren't a big agency with shiny glass walls. It’s just Free Lancing, run from a desk in a flat. Most days it’s just us and the computer screen. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for tea, which is nice. We handle different projects as they come in. If someone needs something done, they usually just call or drop a message. It isn't very complicated. The street outside can get a bit dusty in the afternoons, but inside it stays cool enough. We keep things simple here. There aren't many employees, just a couple of us who know what we're doing. It’s not about being corporate or having a big branding strategy. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that's just life in Nizampura. It’s a practical way to work. We don't have fancy brochures to hand out. If you walk past Gajjar Colony, you might miss us. That's fine. We prefer it that way. Just a local spot where work happens every day. It's been okay so far. We just keep going. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the door.
