Our place is located at Plot No. 4107 in the GIDC area, right across from Navbharat Packaging. If you know where Crystal Chowkadi is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there’s always something going on, trucks coming and going, and people moving crates. At Fidicon Devices India, we’ve gotten used to the heat and the constant hum of the nearby factories. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have our benches set up for working on devices, and there’s usually a stack of parts waiting to be sorted. Sometimes the power flickers when the neighbors start up their heavy machinery, but we just get back to it once things settle. Lunch is usually something quick brought from home or a bite from one of the small shops near the gate. It’s not a quiet place to work, but it feels right for what we do. We’ve spent a lot of hours in this building, making sure everything is handled properly before it goes out the door. The floor stays a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep the work areas clean. It’s a regular job with regular people who know their way around these devices. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and know most of the security guards and workers on this street. It is just an ordinary shop doing its daily tasks.
