At Feedback Ventures Pvt Ltd, we work out of 201 Vastu Flat, located near the Chandravila Appt on Atam Jyot Asram Road. This is in the Ellora Park area of Baroda, Gujrat. Our office is basically a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It feels very much like a home office, which makes the atmosphere a bit more relaxed than a typical commercial building. We are right there in a busy part of the city, so there is always something happening outside. The room we use for our main work is filled with desks and a lot of wires, as you’d expect. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist at the front. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our screens or talking over coffee. Being in Ellora Park is convenient because everything we need is close by. We have been here for a while and have gotten to know the neighbors. The building itself is older, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb, but it serves us well. We just focus on getting through our daily tasks and keeping our operations running smoothly. It is a very practical, no-frills kind of environment where we can just be ourselves and do our jobs without any corporate pressure. It works for us and the way we like to do things without extra polish.
