FAS Mechatronics

You can find us at 102-B, right near the Harmony Parivar Char Rasta on Waghodia Road. FAS Mechatronics is a small operation compared to some of the giants, but we stay busy. Being on Waghodia Road means we’re in a good spot with plenty of local shops and tea stalls around. We work on mechatronics, which is just a fancy way of saying we mess around with both mechanical parts and electronics. Our workshop is usually full of wires, circuit boards, and small motors. It’s a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time sitting at benches with soldering irons or trying to get a piece of software to talk to a motor. It takes a lot of patience. Sometimes a project takes much longer than we thought because a tiny component failed or the logic was wrong. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to help local factories automate their small processes. The staff here is small, just a handful of us who like tinkering with gadgets. We talk a lot while we work, mostly about food or family stuff. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get stressed when a deadline is breathing down our necks. Most people in the area know us as the guys who fix the tricky electronic stuff. It’s a decent way to earn a living.
