We operate out of the Express Hotels building in Alkapuri, on R.C. Dutt Road. It’s a well-known spot in the city, so people usually don't have trouble finding us. Even though the address says hotel, we are all about the transport side of things. Our office is tucked away inside, and it stays quite busy with people coming and going. Alkapuri is a bustling area, so there is always something happening outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules. Transport is a messy business with a lot of moving parts, literally. There are always papers to sign and drivers to coordinate with. We’ve been here for a long time. The office isn't anything fancy, just some sturdy desks and old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, trying to figure out where a shipment is. We don't have any slick marketing posters. Usually, it's just maps and calendars on the wall. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and that's a bad day for everyone. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. Logistics is mostly about solving problems as they happen. It’s a straightforward job. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble.
