Ela Productions Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the Raja Cottage on Sahar Road. If you know the Koldongi area, you know how busy it gets around here. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now, and it’s become like a second home to the few of us who are here every day. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, it’s a bit of a maze with computers, cables, and old coffee mugs scattered around. We spend most of our hours trying to get things done, sometimes staying late when a project is due. The neighborhood is loud, with the sound of the Race Course nearby and people always moving about outside. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the window, but we just move the desks and keep going. We don’t really have a big team or a lot of meetings about synergy or whatever people call it these days. We just focus on the work in front of us. Most of the people who come to see us are locals or folks who heard about the cottage through word of mouth. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't spend much on decorations because the work takes up all the room anyway. We’ve had some good days and some really long ones here in Koldongi, but that’s just how it goes when you’re trying to build something real.
