We are based in Vadodara, over at Ashwamegh III B 2 Tower. Our office is specifically Flat No 308 in the Munj Mahuda Akota area. Being in a tower means we have to deal with the elevator every day, and sometimes it feels like it takes forever. But once you get inside, it’s a quiet enough place to get things done. We’ve set up the flat with enough desks for the team. It’s not a fancy corporate suite, just a place that works for us. Gujarat has a lot of energy and we feel that here too. We have stacks of files and binders everywhere because we still like having physical copies of things. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project. We don't really have a cleaning crew coming in every night, so we mostly tidy up ourselves. It’s just the way we do things at E I Dupont India Pvt Ltd. We don't spend much time thinking about how we look to the outside world. We are more concerned with making sure the daily tasks are finished before we go home. The neighborhood is nice and there are some good places to grab a quick snack nearby. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building. It’s a decent life. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the pile.
