You can find us at E 23 24 in the Prabhu Krupa Society, which is right near Chankya Puri in the New Sama area of Baroda. We handle the DTDC courier and cargo business from this spot. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit quieter than being on a main highway, but we still stay very busy. The office is basically a couple of rooms filled with scales, tape dispensers, and stacks of shipping forms. We don't have any polished corporate decor or anything like that. It’s just a place of work. We start early in the morning when the first delivery van pulls up. We have to sort everything out on the floor before we can even start our day. Sometimes we run out of packing supplies and have to run out to get more. The staff here are all locals and we’ve been working together for a few years now. We know most of the people who live in Prabhu Krupa Society because they come in to send gifts or papers. It feels more like a community shop than a big company branch. We spend a lot of time double-checking addresses because people sometimes write them in a hurry. We just try to keep things organized so nothing gets lost in the pile. It’s a lot of standing on our feet and moving heavy bags, but that’s the job we have here in Baroda. We keep at it every day and make sure the cargo gets out.
