You can find us on the ground floor of Chitrakut in Sanstha Vasahat. We are located in the Raopura area which is a very old and busy part of the city. Our shop is filled from floor to ceiling with all sorts of surgical items and medical goods. It is a bit of a tight squeeze inside especially when we have a lot of new stock arriving. We have been here in Raopura for a long time and we know almost everyone on this street. The traffic outside is always heavy and you can hear the sounds of the market all day long. We don't have any fancy displays or expensive lighting in the shop. It is a very practical place where the focus is on having the right items in stock. Many local doctors and hospital staff come to us because they know we have been around for years. We spend a lot of our time counting items and making sure nothing is past its date. It is a lot of manual work but we prefer it that way. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people come in at once but we just take them one by one. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people through the door. We just rely on our reputation in the local community. It is a tiring job sometimes but we like being in the middle of Raopura and serving the people who live and work around here.
