Devendra K Parmar

I've been working out of this basement in Subhanpura for a while now. It’s in the Donted Estate area, specifically over at Chinchu Bunder 8 C. Most people find it a bit hard to spot at first because of the basement location, but once you know where the stairs are, it’s not too bad. Devendra K Parmar is just me and a couple of others helping out. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights, just the work we do every day. The space is a bit cramped, honestly, especially with all the stuff we have stored in the corners. It gets quite busy around here during the afternoons when the estate is full of people moving around. Sometimes the light isn't the best down here, but it stays cool in the summer which is a plus. I started this place because I needed a spot to handle things without too much distraction. It’s a practical setup for what I need. People from around the neighborhood stop by, and we usually just chat about what’s going on while I finish up whatever is on my desk. It’s not a corporate office or anything like that, just a regular workplace in a basement. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and while the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, it works for us. If you’re looking for Donted Estate, we are right there at 8 C. Usually, someone is here from morning until the sun goes down. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done one by one.
