We are located on the first floor, at Ff-2 in the Mangaldeep Complex. It’s right on High Tension Road in Subhanpura, which is a big landmark for anyone around here. If you look across the street, you can see Chankya Vidyapith, so we get a lot of people using that as a reference point to find us. Unlike some other shops, we handle surgical items along with regular medical supplies. The shop isn't huge, but being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy traffic below on Hitension Road. We spend a lot of time dealing with supplies for clinics and also for people who need specific things at home. It’s mostly just keeping track of orders and making sure the shelves are full of bandages, masks, and various medicines. The Atladra area is growing fast, so we see new faces all the time along with our regulars. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but people don't seem to mind. We keep the place tidy, though it’s hard when you have so many small boxes and surgical kits to manage. Most of the day is spent checking the stock and helping whoever walks through the door. It’s a practical business, and we just focus on getting the right items to the right people without making a big fuss about it.
