This is the Department Of Health And Family Welfare for the Gujarat Government. We are located at Sangeeta Tikyani Bungalow No 90. This is in the Vraj Vihar Complex on Akota Road in Baroda 390020. It’s a bit different because we are in a bungalow rather than a big office block. It makes the workday feel a little more like home, but we still have plenty of work to do. We handle health and family welfare matters for the state. There are always people coming in with documents or seeking some kind of help with health schemes. The Akota Road area is pretty busy, so there’s always something happening outside. Inside the bungalow, we’ve turned the rooms into offices with desks and filing cabinets. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work somehow. We aren't about fancy slogans or big promises. We just process the forms and try to help people navigate the government system. It gets hot in Baroda, so we usually have the windows open or a fan going. We’ve been at Vraj Vihar for a while now, and the neighbors are used to seeing people come and go for the health department. It’s just a normal day-to-day job for us, trying to keep things running for the families in Gujarat and staying on top of the files.
