Dass Sushil Ramcharan

My name is Sushil and I’ve been operating out of Tarsali 289 for a good while now. I grew up around here and I know most of the people on this street. This place isn't anything big or impressive. It’s just a shop where I get things done. I took over the space a few years back and I’ve been keeping at it ever since. Tarsali is a busy area, always something going on outside the door. I like the noise, actually. It makes me feel like I’m part of the community. I don't use any fancy systems to track things. I mostly use a notebook and my memory. It’s worked fine so far. People stop by to ask for help or just to say hello. I try to be useful where I can. The building is old and the walls could use some paint, but it’s sturdy enough. I work most days of the week. Sometimes I take a Sunday off if I’m feeling tired, but usually I’m here. I don't have a lot of employees. Most of the time it’s just me and maybe one other person helping out with the heavy lifting. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work and hope people are satisfied enough to come back. Life in Tarsali is simple and that’s how I like to keep my business too. If you’re around the 289 block, you’ll see me. I’ll be the one with the dusty shirt.
