You can find us over at Block No 1269 in the Janakpuri Housing Society. We’re tucked away near Gayatri Nagar in the Gotri area of Vadodara. This place started because there was a need for someone to really look closely at how things are being built or managed. At Dash Inspectorate Pvt Ltd, we spend a lot of time out in the field, but this office is where we come back to write everything down. The housing society is usually pretty peaceful, which is nice when you have a lot of reports to finish. My desk is always a mess of site photos and checklists. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us hunched over a laptop or chatting about a recent inspection. Vadodara is growing fast, so there’s always something new to check on. We’ve been in this Janakpuri spot for a while now, and the neighbors are all used to seeing our white shirts and clipboards. It’s not the most glamorous job, checking safety and standards, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the weather makes it tough to get out to the sites, but we find a way. We’re just regular folks who take our work seriously but don't feel the need to be all formal about it. That’s how we like it, and it seems to work out just fine.
