Crecer Agro Llp operates out of A4 Kirtan Duplex in Vadodara. We are right opposite Sky Markavenue on Waghodia Road. It’s a duplex house that we turned into a workspace, so it feels more like a home than a cold office. You might hear the neighbors' kids playing or see someone walking their dog while we work. We like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. We deal with agricultural supplies and logistics. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments. Some days the front room is full of samples and bags. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If you knock, one of us will just come to the door. Waghodia Road is always busy, so there’s plenty of noise from the street. We’ve been in Vadodara for a while and we know how the local market moves. Our team is small, just a handful of people who know their way around a farm. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just buy and sell what’s needed for the crops to grow. Sometimes we mess up a schedule and have to work through the weekend to fix it. That's just how small business goes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people we work with every day. It's simple and it works for us.
