Connect Power Pvt. Ltd. is located at E-117 and 118 in the Savali GIDC Estate in Manjusar. We have a couple of units there because we need the space for all the heavy equipment and parts we deal with. Being in Manjusar means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops, so it’s a very practical environment. Our day-to-day involves a lot of work with power systems and electrical components. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean; there’s always dust from the estate and oil from the machinery. We have a small team of technicians and office staff who keep things running. Often, we are busy loading or unloading trucks, or testing out a piece of gear to make sure it’s doing what it should. The office part is just a few desks tucked away from the main floor where the noise is. We don’t really have any fancy decorations or a reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a task, maybe wearing work boots and carrying a toolbox. We've been in Savali GIDC for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the way things work here. There’s always something that needs fixing or an order that needs to be checked twice. We just keep our heads down, do the work that’s assigned to us, and make sure we’re ready for the next day's tasks. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
