Cmc Ltd has its office at B9 Gopal Baug Society on Laxmipura Road. That is in the Gorwa area of Baroda, pin 390016. It is a nice enough spot. Being in a society like Gopal Baug makes it feel a bit more like a community than just an industrial zone. We have been here for quite some time. The office is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the job done, and not much else. No expensive art on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks. Laxmipura Road can get busy, but once you are inside, it is mostly just us working away. We don't do much in terms of self-promotion. We figure if the work is okay, people will keep coming back. Our team is small and we have mostly been together for years. We know the local shops and where to get a good lunch nearby. It is a very human way to spend the day. We don't have long meetings about synergy or anything corporate. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or finished. It is a practical, honest way to run a branch. We are just a group of people in Baroda doing our part to keep the company moving along. There is a lot of typing and a lot of phone calls, but we manage.
