Chauhan Jashoda Raman

We are over at Manjalpur B 35. My name is Jashoda Raman and I’ve been running things here for a while now. It isn't a huge operation or anything fancy like you see in the city center. We just keep the doors open and do what needs to be done every day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the morning when people are out doing their errands, but we manage. I handle most of the stuff myself or with a bit of help when my family is around. People know where to find us because we’ve been at this spot for ages. It’s a quiet enough street mostly, though the traffic picks up in the evenings. We don't spend much time on the computer or making big plans. It’s more about the work right in front of us. If you’re walking past B 35, you’ll probably see me there. It’s just how it goes. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk with whoever stops in. Other days we are running around trying to keep up. I try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk. That’s just life in a small shop though. We don’t have a big team or a fancy office, just this space in Manjalpur where we get the work done.
