Bhavsar Jagdishchandra Rangildas

If you find yourself in Dandia Bazar, you might come across us at Nehru Nagar 102. The business goes by the name Bhavsar Jagdishchandra Rangildas, which is a bit of a mouthful, but it’s just the family names. We’ve been operating from this same spot for a long time, and the building has seen better days, to be honest. There’s a particular smell of old paper and dust that hits you when you walk in. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door; usually, you just walk in and find one of us working. The neighborhood is always noisy with people moving about and the shops nearby opening up early. We usually start our day around nine, after the morning rush has settled down a bit. My chair squeaks every time I move, but I’ve gotten used to it. We do a bit of everything here, mostly following the same routines we’ve had for decades. It’s not the kind of place that changes much. We still use some old ledgers alongside the computer because it just feels more reliable that way. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit and wait or talk until it comes back on. It’s a slow pace compared to the big city offices, but we like it that way. It’s just a small, local family business doing what we know best.
