You can find Bharti Airtel Ltd on the third floor of the Madhav Complex. It’s right there on RC Dutt Road in Alkapuri. Getting up to the third floor is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. The complex itself is always bustling because Alkapuri is such a central spot. Being on Drive In Street means there’s always something going on outside the windows. We can see the cars and bikes constantly moving down below. Inside, the office is divided up into different sections for the different teams. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The desks are covered in notes and chargers. We don’t have much in the way of decorations, just the stuff we need to get through the day. The air conditioning is usually on full blast because the afternoon sun hits this side of the building pretty hard. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of a place where the actual technical and administrative work happens. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the latest updates. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on a call, but that’s normal for us. We’ve been at this RC Dutt Road location for a while, and we’ve seen plenty of businesses come and go in the building. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the tasks on our desks.
