Baroda Medical Gases

We run our daily operations out of D-10314 in Purmid Swastmi Nagar. It feels more like a warehouse than a regular shop because of the type of work we do. Dealing with medical gases means there are always these heavy metal cylinders being moved back and forth across the concrete floor. You get used to the clanging sound of the bottles pretty quickly. It’s a lot of physical work, loading and unloading the trucks that come through. Swastmi Nagar is a bit more tucked away than the main city roads, which is actually helpful for us when the big delivery vehicles need to park. We don't get many random people walking in off the street like a pharmacy would. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the gauges and valves on the tanks to make sure everything is sealed right. It’s a serious job, but we keep the atmosphere in the office pretty relaxed. There is just a small desk, a stack of delivery notes, and a bunch of keys on the wall. We have a small crew of guys who have been doing this for a long time. When it rains, the loading area gets a bit slick, so we have to move a bit slower. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready for the hospitals and clinics that need them. It isn't a flashy business, but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
