Baroda Hi-Tech Alloys (P) Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in the Alkapuri Arcade, specifically at 204/B. Alkapuri is a bit of a nicer area in Baroda, so it’s a bit different than being right on a factory floor. We deal with high-tech alloys, which sounds a bit complicated, but really it’s just about getting the right mix of metals for specific uses. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or going through spreadsheets to keep track of orders and shipments. Since we are in an arcade, we don't have the heavy machinery here; it's mostly the administrative side of things. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We usually have tea in the afternoons and talk about the market prices for nickel or chrome, which can change pretty fast. It can be stressful when a shipment is delayed or a customer is in a hurry, but we’ve learned to handle the ups and downs over the years. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group trying to keep things moving smoothly. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but that’s just how we work. Being in Alkapuri is convenient for meetings, and most people around here know us as the alloy guys who’ve been in the arcade forever. We just try to be reliable and get the technical details right for every order.
