We are located at 94 Shakti Nagar Society, which is very close to Mother’s School in the Hari Nagar area of Baroda. It is a nice enough spot, mostly residential and fairly quiet compared to the middle of the city. Our team has been based here in the 390 021 zip code for a while now. The office space is not very large, but it is enough for the few of us who work here every day. We handle various banking matters from morning until evening. Most of our time is spent sitting at desks and working through piles of papers or typing on the computers. We do not really do the whole corporate image thing. Our walls are a bit plain, and we just use the basic furniture that we need. Most people in the neighborhood know exactly where Mother’s School is, so it makes it easy to give directions to anyone visiting. Baroda is a decent place to work because it has a slower pace than Mumbai or Delhi. We usually take our lunch together and talk about normal things, not just the bank work. We do not have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just try to be helpful when people come in with questions about their savings. It is a simple setup in a quiet society. If you are walking around Hari Nagar, you will see our sign.
