Baps Planning Cell

Our office for Baps Planning Cell is at 5 Vatsa Duplex. It’s right opposite Gajanan Park on the Gidc Road in Manjalpur. If you are familiar with Vadodara, you’ll know this area is quite active with all the industrial and residential mix. We do planning work from here. The duplex is a nice enough spot to work, it feels more like a home turned into an office which makes the day a bit more relaxed. We don't have a giant lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of maps and charts spread out. Manjalpur is a good location for us because it’s easy to reach. We spend our mornings looking over site plans and our afternoons usually involve a lot of meetings or site visits nearby. The Gidc Road can get quite noisy during peak hours but inside the duplex, it’s usually quiet enough to think. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical business. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress people with big presentations. We just take the planning requirements as they come and try to make sense of the layouts. It’s a lot of technical drawing and coordination. Vadodara has been a good place for this kind of work. We just keep our heads down and focus on the planning tasks for the day, making sure the measurements and the details are handled properly for every project we take on.
