Balaji Associates

Balaji Associates is based out of B 122 in the Sardar Housing Society. We are located on Ajwa Road in Vadodara. It’s a bit different working from a housing society compared to a big commercial block. It feels a lot more quiet and personal here. Most of our neighbors are people who have lived in the area for years. We set up our office in a way that’s comfortable but functional. There are a couple of desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a pot of tea usually on the go. The light comes in nicely through the window in the afternoons. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign or flashing lights. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We like the pace of life on Ajwa Road. It isn't as frantic as the city center, which allows us to actually focus on what we are doing. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to get things done. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but mostly we stick to a regular schedule. It is a decent place to work and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home to us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
