Having a school right across the road means it gets very loud and busy during the morning drop-offs and when the bells ring in the afternoon. We usually time our lunch breaks to avoid the worst of the traffic. Shrirang Society is a nice, established area. The office itself is quite plain. We have the usual desks, some old computer monitors, and stacks of folders that seem to grow every week. It’s a practical workspace, nothing more. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we are too busy with the actual work. The staff here has been together for a while, so we have our own way of doing things. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just someone asking for directions, but usually, it’s folks from the neighborhood coming in with their documents. We sit and go over the details, making sure everything is filled out right. It’s a steady kind of life here in Fatehgunj. We appreciate the shade from the trees outside when the Vadodara heat gets intense. It’s just an honest, local office where the work gets done without any unnecessary fuss. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just sit at our desks and handle the day as it comes.
