Our office is located over at Charni Road in the Alkapuri building, right at room 202. It is an old part of the city that stays very busy with people moving back and forth all day long. We have been at this specific address for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent dealing with various documents and talking to people who need help getting their paperwork sorted out. It is definitely not a big corporate setup. We like it that way because the whole thing feels more personal and relaxed. You can usually hear the trains from the station nearby if we leave the windows open during the afternoon. Charni Road has its own specific rhythm and we are just a small part of that daily cycle. We mostly deal with locals and people who have been coming to see us for several years. There is always some tea being passed around when we have visitors. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up and stops working, so we just end up taking the stairs like everyone else. It is just the way things are in this part of town. We do not do much advertising at all. Most people usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past room 202 in Alkapuri. It is a very straightforward operation. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to get things done without making a big fuss about it.
