We operate out of a place called Iqra, which is located near the Madhwani Classes in the Shiyapura part of Raopura. If you’re in Vadodara, you know Raopura is one of the older, more established parts of the city. Our agency focuses on the medical supply side of things. It’s not a retail shop where people walk in off the street for a single bandage. Instead, we deal with larger quantities and distribute them. The area here is quite dense with narrow streets and lots of activity. We spend a lot of time coordinating deliveries and making sure the inventory matches the orders. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes and checking labels in the warehouse area. Being near Madhwani Classes means there are always students around, which keeps the energy up in the neighborhood. Our setup is pretty simple—just an office and storage space where we can get our work done without too much fuss. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. We’ve been in Shiyapura long enough that the local transporters and other businesses know exactly where we are. It’s a traditional way of doing business, based on long-term relationships and just being reliable. We don't use any fancy corporate jargon. We just focus on getting the medical supplies where they need to go every single day. The heat in the summer can be tough in these old buildings, but we keep the fans going and stay busy.
