Axis Security & Manpower Services

Axis Security & Manpower Services operates out of Office No.6 in Shivani Flats. We are located right near the Bank of India in the Subhanpura area. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, which is good for getting our scheduling done. We mostly focus on two things: providing security guards and finding manpower for local businesses. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of coordinating to make sure everyone is where they should be at the right time. Our office in Shivani Flats is where all that happens. We spend our mornings talking to staff and our afternoons checking in with the places where we’ve sent workers. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of us who’s sitting at the desk that day. We’ve been in Subhanpura for a while and we like being near the bank because everyone knows where that is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city; we just want to do right by the people who work for us and the clients who need help. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when someone doesn't show up for a shift, and we have to scramble to find a replacement. That’s just the nature of the manpower business. We just keep at it, day after day, from our little office in the flats, making sure the local shops and offices have the people they need to stay open.
