We are located on the third floor of the Royal Orchid building. It’s tucked behind the Indraprastha Complex near the Race Course Circle. It’s a decent enough spot to work from, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend our days dealing with building systems, which basically means we’re making sure everything from the lights to the security works like it should. Our office is full of monitors and cables. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in the building management field for quite a while now. Most of our work is done behind the scenes, so you don’t really see us much. We aren't big on self-promotion or corporate presentations. We’d rather just show up and fix whatever is broken or set up a new system without making a scene. We keep a lot of manuals on the shelves in case we need to look something up quickly. It’s a small group of us here. We grab lunch from the local spots nearby and talk about things other than work when we can. It's a steady job and we like the neighborhood. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just know our way around building controls and keep things running as best as we can.
