You can find us on Raj Mahel Road, specifically at the 5th Cross on the 1st Floor. Atul J Mistry isn't a huge operation. It’s just a regular workspace where we spend most of our daylight hours. To get to us, you have to head up those stairs, which can be a bit of a workout if you’re not used to them. The first floor is actually quite nice because we get a decent view of the street below without all the direct noise from the pavement. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, long enough to know all the shopkeepers downstairs. The office itself has a lot of character, by which I mean the floors creak a little and the paint is peeling in the corners. It’s a real working environment. We don’t have a receptionist sitting at a big desk waiting for people. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hi. Our desks are covered in notebooks and pens because we still like to write things down. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and talk. It’s a simple life here on Raj Mahel Road. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and do what needs to be done until it’s time to go home.
