Our shop is in the Satnam Apartment building over on Sanstha Vasahat Road in Raopura. It’s quite close to Madhavani Classes, so we see a lot of students and parents passing by all the time. Raopura is an old part of the city, and the roads can be a bit narrow and crowded, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been running this agency for years. It’s more of a practical space than a pretty one. We have boxes stacked up and files everywhere because there is a lot of paperwork with medical supplies. We handle a lot of different brands and types of medicines. People from the apartments above and the houses nearby come to us because we’re convenient. It can get a bit noisy with the classes nearby and the general traffic, but we’re used to it. We don’t go in for big displays or anything like that. We just have our counters and the medicine racks. Usually, it's just a couple of us working here, making sure we get the right stuff to the right people. We know the local doctors' handwriting pretty well by now. It’s a standard neighborhood pharmacy life, really. We open up early and stay till the evening, just making sure the community has a place to get their health needs sorted without traveling too far. It is a bit cramped inside sometimes but we know where everything is.
