Asence Inc. is located within the Sarabhai Campus on Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Marg in the Wadi Wadi area. It’s a bit different from your typical office building because the campus has quite a bit of history and a lot of greenery around. We work out of one of the buildings here, and it’s a pretty calm environment compared to the main roads outside. Our day-to-day involves a lot of coordination and managing various projects. The office itself is fairly simple, with desks, a few meeting rooms, and plenty of space for our files. Since we are in Wadi Wadi, we are right in the heart of things, but once you get inside the campus gates, it feels a bit more secluded. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with the company for a long time and some newer faces. We usually take our breaks walking around the campus paths when it’s not too hot outside. It’s a functional place to work and it suits the kind of atmosphere we have going on. We don’t really go in for anything flashy. Most of our time is spent on emails, calls, and making sure our operations are running as they should be. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve built up over the years. Being part of such a well-known campus in Vadodara gives a bit of a grounded feeling to the work we do every day. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
