Arco India Limited

We are based in Baroda at C71 Pearl Bunglows on Vasna Road. Arco India Limited has been using this space for a while now. It’s a bit unusual being in a bungalow rather than a tall office building, but it works well for us. It feels a bit more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have our offices set up in the different rooms. It’s a quiet area mostly, which is good for when we need to concentrate on our reports and technical work. We deal with various industrial things that keep us pretty busy throughout the week. The garden outside is nice, even if we don't spend much time in it. We have a lot of files and some equipment stored in what used to be the garage. It’s a very local feel here. We know the people living in the other bungalows. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing; we just wear what's comfortable for the weather. Baroda can get quite hot, so we appreciate the shade from the trees around the house. We spend our days answering emails and looking over project details. It’s a simple setup but it gets the job done. We’ve been here so long that the address is just second nature to everyone in the company. We just keep doing our thing every day and try to stay productive despite the afternoon heat.
