Our office is at A 2 in the Panchratna Society, which is right off Refinery Road in Baroda. Being near the refinery means there is always a lot of activity and heavy trucks in this part of town. We’ve been here for a while, providing various services to the local industries and businesses nearby. It is a practical location for us since we can get to our clients pretty quickly without crossing the whole city. The office itself is simple. We have a few rooms where we handle the admin work and store some of our equipment and spare parts. It’s not a place for fancy meetings, but it’s perfect for getting work done. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through the day's tasks. The Gorwa area has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed in the same spot. We know the other folks in the society, and it feels like a little community. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships we’ve built up over time. We don't use big words or fancy pitches; we just tell people what we can do and then we go do it. Sometimes the road gets blocked by trucks, but that’s just life on Refinery Road. We are used to the noise and the hustle of the industrial belt. It’s just how we operate day to day and we like it that way.
