We are located right on Alembic Road. It is a place that many people in the area already know, mostly because the road itself is named after the company. Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd has a long history here, and the buildings show it. It isn't a new, shiny office park. It is a place where work has been happening for a very long time. We come in every day and walk through the same gates. Some of the old trees on the grounds have been there since before any of us started working here. It’s a huge site, and it takes a while to get from one side to the other. We don't spend much time thinking about how we look to the outside world. We are just busy with the actual work. There is always something that needs fixing or a process that needs attention. The air around Alembic Road has a specific feel to it. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We don't use those polished phrases you hear in big city boardrooms. We just talk like regular people. We have our lunches together and complain about the heat like everyone else. It’s a big operation, but at the end of the day, it’s just a lot of us doing our individual jobs to keep the whole thing running. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for generations, and we are just another part of the daily routine on Alembic Road.
