Our place is at 14, Naina Society, which is right off Makarpura Road in Vadodara. It’s a bit of a mix between a home and an office, which is how many small LLPs start out. We focus on some newer ways of farming, though we don't like to make a big deal about it. The society is a decent neighborhood, and most of our neighbors are used to seeing us hauling pipes and tanks around. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy headquarters. Instead, we work from this quiet spot where we can actually get things done without too much noise. Vadodara is a good place for this kind of work because everything you need is just a short drive away. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different plants and setups in the back. Sometimes things don't grow the way we expected, but that's just part of the process. Our office is basically just a desk pushed into a corner with a lot of notebooks scattered around. We don't have a secretary or anyone to answer the phones, so if we're busy with the plants, we might miss a call. It’s a very hands-on type of business. We enjoy the work because it keeps us moving and we get to see things grow every day. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s a good one and we are happy staying small and focused on what we do best here.
