Addrec Manpower Solutions

We've been running Addrec Manpower Solutions out of our office in the Pranam Complex for a while now. If you know the area, we're right near Urmi Four Cross Road, tucked behind the Alkapuri Haveli on New Dinesh Mill Road. Vadodara is home for us, specifically the Akota neighborhood. Mostly, we spend our days dealing with staffing and hiring needs for different people who come through the door. It gets busy, especially with the traffic around the cross road, but we manage. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can sit down and look at resumes or talk to folks looking for work. Sometimes the printer acts up or the tea runs out, but that's just part of how things go here. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy slogans, just a local team trying to match people with the right jobs in the city. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails from local businesses needing help. We know the streets around here well, and we like being part of the Vadodara community. It's a lot of paperwork and talking, but it feels good when someone actually gets hired. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. If you're walking around Akota and pass the complex, that's where you'll find us working away on the third floor.
