Additol Lubricants Pvt Ltd is based in Vadodara, over in the Ellora Park area. We’re in Shail Apartment, room 102, which is right behind the Bank of India. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the bank is, so we don't have to give long directions. The office is pretty basic. We have some samples of what we work with on the shelves and a couple of old desks that have been around since we started. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than three people are in the office at once. We spend our days dealing with orders and talking to people about their requirements. Gujarat is a busy place for business, and Vadodara has a lot going on, so we stay pretty active. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look fancy. It’s just us, working through the logistics of what we do. The apartment building is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps the sun out. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a regular, everyday kind of business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what people need and keep the records straight. If the fan is making a noise, we just give it a knock and keep moving. It's just how we operate. No bells or whistles, just honest work.
