Our agency is located in Raopura, right on Mint Road. If you find Kumar Shala No 1, we are just behind it. Accurate Surgical Agency isn't really a place for casual shopping. We deal with medical supplies and surgical equipment. The office is usually full of boxes and big metal cabinets. It is a very practical place to work. We don't have many decorations on the walls, just some calendars and long lists of items. Doctors and clinic owners come here to get what they need for their practice. We spend a lot of our time checking orders and making sure the right pieces go out. It’s a quiet business most of the time, but we have to be very careful with the small details. Mint Road can be quite tight with all the scooters and carts passing by. Sometimes deliveries are a bit of a headache because of the narrow street and the traffic. We’ve been in this spot for years and know all the other shopkeepers around Raopura. It’s a tight-knit community here. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us making sure the local clinics have their supplies on time. We don't do much advertising. People find us because they know we have been here forever. It’s a steady kind of work. We take pride in just being reliable and showing up every single day.
