Academy For Conservation Of Energy

We are over here at 820 Siddhartha Complex, right on RC Dutt Road in Alkapuri. It is a pretty busy part of Baroda, and you can always hear the traffic outside if the windows are open. Being in Gujarat, it gets really hot during the summer months, so we spend a lot of time thinking about how to keep things cool without wasting too much electricity. The Academy For Conservation Of Energy has been at this spot for a while now. It is just a regular office space, nothing fancy, with desks and some papers piled up. People stop by to talk about how to save power and what new things are happening with solar or other stuff like that. We are on one of the higher floors, so the view of the street is okay. Most mornings start with getting the lights on and checking the mail that comes to the Siddhartha Complex address. There are other businesses in the building too, so the hallways can get a bit crowded around lunchtime when everyone goes out to find something to eat. We have lived in Baroda for a long time, and Alkapuri is a decent area to work in because everything is close by. It is just a group of us here trying to figure out better ways for people to use their energy. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the door. Anyway, that is where we are if you ever find yourself on RC Dutt Road.
