Our place is at 85 Shivkrupa Society, right near Sundervan Park on Nicol Road. 7Koalas Fabrics Private Limited has been operating from here for a bit. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty calm until the school nearby lets out. We have our fabric stock inside and a couple of desks for the computer work. It’s not a massive factory or anything like that. We like being near the park because it gives us a place to walk during lunch. The office is just a regular building. We didn't spend a lot on fancy furniture or decor. Most of our money goes into the fabrics we source. We have people coming in to look at materials throughout the week. Sometimes we run out of space and have to reorganize everything. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We don't have a big HR department or anything corporate. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out together. Nicol Road is a busy street, but our society is tucked back a little. It makes for a decent work environment. We handle a lot of different types of cloth. We just focus on the quality of what we buy and sell. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We’re just regular people trying to run a fabric business. It's nothing fancy, but we take pride in getting the orders right for the people who buy from us.
