Fruitful Homes

Fruitful Homes is at 6/1190, Cherooty Road. We're pretty close to the Malabar Chamber Of Commerce. This office has been our spot for a long time. It’s a practical space where we deal with property. People stop by when they’re looking for a new place or have land to sell. We don’t do fancy talk here. Most days it’s just us answering phones and looking at papers. Cherooty Road gets loud, but it’s okay inside. We know the other shop owners around here. Sometimes we have tea together. We do the paperwork and talk to folks about what they need for their families. It’s simple work. If you pass the Malabar Chamber Of Commerce, you’ll see our door at 6/1190. We usually stay late most nights. There’s no mystery here. We just help with houses. It gets busy on Mondays. We try to keep things organized, though there are always piles of paper everywhere. That’s a small office for you. We’ve been on this street for years now. People know Fruitful Homes. We just do our work every day. Sometimes the printer jams and we have to fix it before we can finish a contract. It’s just how it goes. We don't have a big sign, just the address on the door. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We like the neighborhood. It feels like home to us now. It’s a good place for Fruitful Homes to be.
