Bhumidaya Developers

We are located on the 6th floor of Bhumidaya Grandeur in Nadakavu. It’s a nice spot in Calicut where we do all our developer work. Being on a higher floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are focused on the projects we have going on at ground level. Our office is number 4. It’s where we sit and plan out the different buildings we are working on. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of maps and blueprints lying around. We’ve been part of the Nadakavu community for a while, and we like the vibe here. People in Calicut know that we are local and that we take our work seriously, even if we don't act like a big city corporation. We spend a lot of time at construction sites, making sure things are moving along. Then we come back to the office to handle the administration side of things. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy seeing new homes being built. We don't do much in the way of big marketing. Most of our clients come through word of mouth or because they saw our name on a building. It feels more personal that way. We are just a group of people trying to build decent places for others to live and work in. We hope to keep doing this for many more years to come right here in Nadakavu.
