Our office for Digital Technologies Scaler Private Limited is at Unit No 522, Plot No C-1 in Sector-153, Noida. This area is quite new and there is still a lot of development happening all around us. We have a decent view from the fifth floor, which is where unit 522 is. We spend most of our time working on technology systems and making sure things scale up the way they are supposed to. It’s technical work, and our office reflects that with wires and monitors everywhere. We aren't the type of people who wear suits to work. Usually, it’s just t-shirts and jeans around here. We have a small table where we eat our lunch together most days. It’s a tight-knit group. We started out with just two people and now we’ve grown a bit, but we still feel like a small team. Noida 201310 is a bit of a commute for some of us, but we like the building. It’s modern and has good electricity, which is important for what we do. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. Sometimes we get frustrated with bugs or server issues, but that’s just part of the job. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when things get stressful. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people.
