Decoust Tech Solutions Private Limited is based out of Gulistanpur in Greater Noida. We’re located at Khasra 447, which is a bit of a different spot compared to the big office parks you see elsewhere in the city. It’s more of a local feel here. Our space is basically where we huddle up and solve whatever tech problems come our way. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or a gym. It’s a room with some sturdy tables, some good monitors, and usually a few boxes of parts waiting to be sorted out. The area around Khasra 447 can be a bit dusty sometimes because of all the development, but it’s a good place for us to work. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking through ideas on a whiteboard that’s seen better days. We don't really have a hierarchy here; if something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it. We might not have the most polished office in Gautam Budh Nagar, but we have everything we need to get the job done. Sometimes we have lunch together from the local dhabas nearby, which is usually the highlight of the day. It’s just a group of people working hard in a part of town we’ve grown to like. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the way we run the business. We just want to do good work.
