Ashvik Technosoft India Private Limited is situated in Techzone-4, specifically over at Cherry Country in Greater Noida West. Being in GH-5B means we are in one of those newer areas where everything is still growing. Our office in A4-108 is where we spend the bulk of our week. It’s a pretty standard setup with rows of desks and plenty of wires running everywhere. We handle a lot of software tasks and technical support, so there is always someone typing away or on a call. The area around Surajpur can get quite busy with all the new construction and people moving in, so the commute can be a bit of a headache for some of us. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are a tighter group that knows each other well. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing unless we absolutely have to. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts while we work through bugs or set up new systems for people. The view from the office is mostly other buildings and the busy road, but it keeps us connected to the pace of the city. We’ve had our fair share of long nights here, usually fueled by too much coffee and snacks from the local shops. It’s a straightforward operation where we just try to do a good job without overcomplicating things. It keeps the stress levels down and the work quality consistent for everyone.
